Situated at the entrance to Dunlop Point, this home is perfect for the small family (5 or 6 persons). The upstairs has 2- 1/2 bedrooms. All the beds are very comfortable. The south facing dining area is bright and sunny. The kitchen has a tile floor and is fully equipped. The greenhouse /sunroom is perfect for your morning coffee.
Situated at the entrance to Dunlop Point, this home is perfect for the small family (5 or 6 persons).

The yard is beautifully landscaped and totally fenced to ensure complete privacy. There are decks chairs, table, picnic table, BBQ, fire pit, 2 small ponds and fish and a restful hammock under a lovely grape arbor.

The living room is cozy and has a cd/vhs/dvd player, cable tv and a fire place. The south facing dining area is bright and sunny. It opens out to a deck for outdoor dining under a canopy of majestic fir trees.

The kitchen has a tile floor and is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, toaster oven, small espresso maker, juicer, propane stove, woodstove, electric fridge, and water cooler.

Off the kitchen there is a small bedroom with a lovely stained glass window and single bed. The greenhouse /sun room is perfect for your morning coffee.

The upstairs has 2- 1/2 bedrooms. All the beds are very comfortable.

The west bedroom has 2 double beds and the middle bedroom has a single bed.

The east bedroom has a king size brass bed and opens out to a wonderful deck under a canopy of fir trees with a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Great for eagle viewing, relaxing and watching the sun rises and gorgeous sunsets.

Price Description
  A Peaceful Getaway is available during the months of July and August only.

The rate is $1400 /week . (5% discount for multiple weeks)

Weeks run from Sunday 4:00PM or later to Sunday 10:00AM or earlier.

Half of rental fee is due at the time of your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your booking.

There is a 10% non refundable cancellation fee.

A $50.00 refundable damage deposit is required.

  Nestled in the tall Douglas firs, the upper and lower decks are ideal for relaxing and eagle viewing.

Surrounded by waterfront property, the house is located near 5 beach accesses; one, just a minute away from some of the most beautiful and private beaches on Hornby.

Additional Comments
  You will need to bring your own linen, towels, bed sheets and pillowslips.

Because of the high sulfur and mineral content of the well water, you will have to supply your own drinking water, the house is equipped with a water cooler.

No pets and No smoking inside the house please.
